It’s been a while since I have blogged. Wow things have picked up and things are different for me since I last blogged. I am learning to be a Follower of Jesus without the usual christianese stuff from my culture. I am enjoying time with my wife as I am training her to be fit and healty. There is a huge story behind why this newsworthy. I am enjoying SGU and actually some good TV shows. School has stared for me again, another 8 week class. Awanas started as well, I am teaching with Mary my lovely wife. I also want to blog at least 2-3 times a week.
Why list all of this stuff?
In order to tell you that the Lord is the reason for all this being pulled off. I am a good at stuff, but not that good. I am learning to see how God speaks and moves in life around me. I want to be apart of that. The presence of God is everywhere and because of that I desire to be more. I hear my Lord (John 10) when he speaks to me via his Spirit its wonderful. Today I learned that when you don’t listen and obey your heart becomes hard. In my job as Soldier and Chaplain’s Assistant, I have experienced this one truth..
Either you will love the Lord and other more as you experience giving grace to others.. or you lose your idea of what God is cause of all the dark and twisty stuff.
