When you fail..

when you fail..
you need to accept it. you fell short or missed it..
that is reality no matter...
feeling bad about your failure does not make it better..
you have done that before and yet you still failed..time for a better plan..
you need to stop making excuses as to why you failed.
you need to stop blaming others its not their fault its yours...
you need to learn that truth so you don't fail again..
you need to improve or stop whatever it is if you don't want to fail..
the next time be better that is all it takes...

So I started out today with a clear sky. A predawn darkness hung in the air. The temp a cool 22 Degrees Fahrenheit. The ice and snow are on the ground.
The trail calls me to it. I started out this Friday with a solo run on the trails near my unit. I ran at slower pace to compensate for terrain. As I left the trailhead, I realized I was all alone. There is a kind of peace that comes with that. I stopped on the trail to take pictures for my Facebook account. I figured share the beauty with others. So I stopped at various points that I thought would be nice. I have an Iphone 3GS, I love it. My Nike Plus app keeps track of my run and time. One of things I have to check for when I take pictures was to make sure that my app does not shut down. This run had several things going on with it. The pictures and the time that it took. Overall after 6.54 miles I have a day of duty and a date with my wife still ahead of me.

Good night & sleep tight

Well today was intense. I stated out by filling in my new training data. Then trained I loved running in the dark. There something adventurous about it. Work was frantic at the lSt minute. Resulting in a change of plans for tonight. We did not get a cache in today or at least attempt it. All I can say now is I so tired and want this day to be over.

Of goals & work

This month I have three goals. 1. To run a hundred mile with 1000 push ups done in 30 days. 2. To get a cache everyday this month even if we DNF. 3. To blog about it. I am looking to see how Jesus will use me during this month & throughout this experience. I love the month of November. Can't wait to see how it goes.

I Am too

I am stealing this idea from Tall Mom on the Run. She blogged today about who she is so I decided to write a little bit about who I am. I stole this from Fitness Diva.

I follow a homeless man who was virgin who claimed to be God and was murdered for my sin in the most painful method the world has ever known. BTW I talk to him and he talks back to me.
